A maintenance service charge of £5.00 will be imposed each month if the average daily balance falls below £1,000. Interest is based on a tiered-rate structure and compounds daily. Tier 1 – An interest rate of 1.00% will be paid on the entire balance when the daily balance is less than £1,000; Tier 2 – An interest rate of 1.00% will be paid on the entire balance greater than £999.99, but less than £9,999.99.  Tier 3 – An interest rate of 0.65% will be paid for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than £10,000 but less than £25,000. The APY for this tier will range from 1.00% to 0.79% depending on the balance in the account. Tier 4 – An interest rate of 0.65% will be paid for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than £24,999.99 but less than £50,000. The APY for this tier will range from 0.79% to 0.72% depending on the balance in the account. Tier 5 – An interest rate of 0.65% will be paid for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than £49,999.99 but less than £100,000. The APY for this tier will range from 0.72% to 0.69% depending on the balance in the account. Tier 6 – An interest rate of 0.65% will be paid for that portion of your daily balance that is greater than £99,999.99. The APY for this tier will range from 0.69% to 0.67% depending on the balance in the account. No minimum deposit is required to earn the stated interest. £100 minimum required to open account.
